MentorHive.org provides a platform for mentors/Counsellors/Hiring managers to connect with youth seeking guidance in various domains such as career guidance, counselling, startups, and professional growth. Follow this step-by-step guide to sign up and list your offering for the community.


Step 1: Sign up/Register

  1. Open your web browser and go to www.mentorhive.org.
  2. Click on the ‘Sign in’ button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. There will be a option of register click that & fill up the details and press register.
  4. You will get an email with verification link, click to verify & activate your account.


Step 2: List Your Mentoring Services

  1. Login to you account
  2. Navigate to the ‘List a Service’ section.
  3. Choose the appropriate category such as:
    • Mentor
    • Counsellor
    • Youth
    • Hiring/Job post etc
  4. Fill in the service details:
  5. Click ‘Submit for Review’ to get your service listed.

Step 3: Manage Bookings and Requests

  1. Once your service is approved, youth can start booking sessions with you.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Bookings’ section to view upcoming appointments.
  3. Use the built-in Zoom feature to communicate with youth.

Step 4: Promote Your Profile

  1. Share your MentorHive profile link on social media platforms.
  2. Participate in MentorHive community discussions and webinars.
  3. Encourage candidate/students to leave reviews after sessions to boost credibility.
